Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

We offer a variety of shipping options for our products, including UPS, USPS, Fedex with ground and expedited services.

Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed, excluding holidays. We are closed on weekends, so orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following week. Please allow a few additional days for game table orders and refurbished orders to be shipped.

For current order status please check your email for your shipping confirmation, if you haven’t received an email, then your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Be sure to check your spam folder for your confirmation.

Free Shipping

Our website offers free shipping to the Mainland China on orders over $50. We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.

Free shipping applies to online retail orders placed through Fun Vision. Not for use with wholesale orders.

For orders that use free shipping, we will select the most appropriate shipping method based on the content of your order. The method is usually UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority. Shipping times for free shipping aren't any longer than if you paid for any of the services just listed.

International Shipping

We are able to ship all of our small parcel items to the United States and Canada. 

 

Extra Stuff

1. Shipping times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed.

2. Shipping times are based on when your order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

3. Shipping times can be affected by factors over which Fun Vision Products has no control, including carrier delays, incorrect delivery addresses, weather, customs delays, delivery restrictions, and remote delivery locations. In addition, we are not open for shipping on holidays. If an order is placed on or before a holiday in which we are closed, it may be delayed. Please take these delay possibilities into consideration when placing an order on our website. 

4. Once an item is shipped, we are unable to modify your order.

5. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please double check your address before submitting your order.

6. For orders that use Free Shipping, we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method according to the size and weight of your order, the location of your shipping address, and any other factors.

7. Please allow for additional time for all international orders. We have no control over customs delays. To further discuss international shipping, please get in touch! 

Return & Exchange Policy

If your product does not work, arrives damaged, or does not meet the expectations that we have set forth, we have a procedure that is easy to use and guarantees satisfaction.

I ordered the wrong size/color or I changed my mind.

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, all you will need to do is send the item(s) back to us at the address listed at the bottom of the page. Please email us using the contact information listed at the end of this page. Let us know what your order number is and why you would like to return the product. If you return the product without letting us know in advance, we cannot guarantee your refund.

All returned items must be in "as new" condition. “As new” means that the product is in the same condition in which you received it. Please return the item in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling, and accessories in saleable condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping, and we do not refund the original shipping fees under these circumstances. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee is applied for the processing and restocking of items returned due to ordering errors or changes of mind. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date we ship out your order. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days from when they arrive at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to two weeks.

We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. We will work with each customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their product. Please email us using the contact information below. Include your order number and details about the issue, with pictures if available. Fun Vision does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear.
